The Discreet Circle is a private membership network for UHNW operators and a select group of founders in the luxury and UHNW space. Membership is by application, vetting, and invitation only.
2.1 Submitting an application does not guarantee membership.
2.2 Applications are reviewed manually. We may verify identity and professional context (for example via LinkedIn, company website, or references).
2.3 Approved applicants may be placed on a waitlist until a membership place becomes available.
2.4 We reserve the right to accept, decline, or remove any applicant at our sole discretion.
3.1 Membership, when granted, is personal to you and may not be transferred, shared, or resold.
3.2 Access to any online spaces, events, resources, or communications provided as part of membership is for members only, unless we explicitly allow guests.
3.3 We may change, add, or remove features, events, or benefits of membership from time to time.
4.1 During the waitlist phase, no membership fees are charged. You will only be asked to pay if you are formally invited to join as a member.
4.2 When membership fees are introduced, the applicable fee, billing period, and payment method will be clearly communicated before you make any payment.
4.3 All fees will be quoted in pounds (£) unless stated otherwise.
4.4 Unless required by law, membership fees are non-refundable once your membership has been activated, except where we explicitly state otherwise in writing.
5.1 Members must act with professionalism, discretion, and respect towards other members at all times.
5.2 You may not harass, abuse, spam, or solicit other members in a way that is unreasonable or mis-representative.
5.3 You must not share other members’ personal or professional information outside the network without their explicit permission, except where required by law.
5.4 We may remove or suspend any member whose behaviour we consider harmful, inappropriate, or inconsistent with the values of The Discreet Circle.
6.1 Discretion is a core principle of The Discreet Circle.
6.2 You agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared by members within the network (including names, situations, deals, introductions, and discussions), unless you have clear permission to share it.
6.3 We may ask members to agree to additional confidentiality or non-disclosure terms in connection with specific collaborations or opportunities.
7.1 Membership does not guarantee any specific outcome, including but not limited to introductions, deals, bookings, employment, investment, or financial results.
7.2 Any connections, referrals, or opportunities are provided on a best-efforts basis and may or may not lead to any commercial or personal benefit.
7.3 You are solely responsible for your own decisions, relationships, and agreements with other members or third parties.
8.1 From time to time, we may introduce you to third-party service providers, platforms, venues, or partners. These are independent from The Discreet Circle.
8.2 We are not responsible for the actions, omissions, quality, or outcomes of any third-party services or agreements you enter into.
9.1 We collect and process limited personal data to operate the network, review applications, and manage membership.
9.2 Our separate Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. By applying or becoming a member, you agree to the handling of your data as described there.
10.1 All branding, content, materials, and resources provided by or on behalf of The Discreet Circle remain our property (or the property of our contributors or licensors).
10.2 You may not copy, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit our materials without prior written permission, except for your own personal use as a member.
11.1 We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
11.2 When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify active members.
11.3 Your continued use of the site or membership after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12.1 You may request to end your membership by contacting us as specified on the site.
12.2 We may suspend or terminate your membership at any time if you breach these terms or if we reasonably believe your continued participation would harm the network or its members.
13.1 The governing law and dispute-resolution process will be defined once the operating company for The Discreet Circle is formally incorporated. Until then, no formal jurisdiction is specified, and any legal disputes should be raised directly with us in the first instance so we can seek an amicable resolution.

We review every application manually to make sure members genuinely operate in the luxury and UHNW space. This usually takes 7–10 business days. If there’s a potential fit, we’ll be in touch by email with next steps. If not, you won’t be charged, and you’re always welcome to apply again as your role evolves.
